Pinot Noir

inot noir plays an important role as the basic wine for Crémant, rosé or pressed as a white wine for the summer, as well as a complex red wine from an oak barrel. A ripe Pinot noir has aromas of black cherries, blackberries and plums, as well as a hint of vanilla and roast aromas, if matured in oak barrels.

Saint Laurent

Saint Laurent

St. Laurent is a red vine cultivar from the Burgundy family and was approved at the request of private wine growers on the Moselle. Characteristic for this vine cultivar is its strong aroma and the dark colour of the wine. The intensely fragrant and fruity red wine contains aromatic notes of wild berries, sour cherries, plums and, when matured, a hint of bitter chocolate. St. Laurent wines are of high quality as well as good storability and are usually developed to high-quality red wines or matured partly in the Barrique. It differs clearly from Pinot Noir because it is far more complex and powerful.
